I.Personnel Training Principle

II.Personnel Training Methods 
The company carries on a multiple training methods, includes new staff training, on job training, promotion training, special program short training, business research and training, responsible persons in all levels research and training, special lectures. 
1.New staff training:
Include introduction of the company details, business principle, management mode, corporate culture, post responsibility, professional ethics and sense of social responsibility etc. 
2.On-job training:
During the work, the company will hold some special training courses in order that the staffs will have all necessary knowledge and skill for completion their jobs. 
3.Promotion training:

The company will provide promotion training before the on-job staff’s promotion, to learn relevant management knowledge, for role conversation, and take the management responsibility.

4.Responsible person in all levels research and training:

When the staffs promote to responsible person of management departments, the company will provide research and training to them, for a better understanding of company’s management principle, business target, to learn more about scientific information treatment, human resources management and finance management, for a higher ability in comprehensive management and organization and coordination.

5.Special program short training:

In order to expand the management ideas of the medium and senior management personnel, improve their management level, and also for enhance communications with relevant authority or organization, the company will select and send the medium and senior management personnel to relevant training organizations for some short training of special program.

6.Business research and training:

Besides various research and training courses for responsible personsin all levels, the company will also organize irregularly some researchand training courses of relevant professions for all kinds of business

personnel, including on-the-spot investigation and seminars etc.
